Grace and Emily Quinn have been competing in Pony Club tetrathlon since the age of eight, beginning their journey at Minimus level before steadily progressing through the ranks with years of dedication, discipline, and hard work.
Over the years, both girls have continued to develop across multiple disciplines including equestrian sport, swimming, running, fencing & OCR, for tetrathlon and modern pentathlon proudly representing Ireland on the international stage.
In 2024, Grace delivered standout performances throughout the international exchange series alongside the UK Pony Club, securing victories both in Ireland and Northern Ireland, while narrowly missing a third consecutive win in the UK. Her performances and leadership have since earned her selection as female team captain for Ireland’s upcoming three-week international tour of Australia.
Emily’s journey has been equally inspiring. Through consistent progression, determination, and strong performances throughout 2025, she has earned her own international selection as part of the Irish squad travelling to Australia this year.
Today, both girls continue balancing elite-level sport alongside education, training, travel, and the growing demands of high-performance competition, all while pursuing their long-term dream of progressing toward senior international and Olympic-level modern pentathlon competition.
